Do you love being able to get a project done in minutes? I know I sure do! Sometimes it seems like I often only have 15 minutes blocks to really devote to projects so being able to accomplish a project in 15 minutes or less is a great thing in my book!
I'm not a big scrapbooker (I was years ago...long before kids) and I really want to get back to it! These days almost all of the pictures we take are using our phones or my iPad. Every now and then we break out our big digital camera. Given that our pics are entirely digital, my thought is that using My Digital Studio/mds2 would be the quickest and easiest way to document all that is going on in our lives. However, I do not necessarily want to (or have the time to) develop all sorts of layouts for either scrapbook pages or a photobook. Here is where mds2 comes in so handy!
The "picture" you are seeing at the top of my post is actually an 8x8" photo book page that I literally completed in under 15 minutes! How cool is that?! It is composed of pictures that are on my Instagram account. My Instagram account is primarily my paper crafting along with some snippets of day to day life. There are lots of sneak peeks! To create the page, I used the Bookstagram download that is available for mds2:
This I can do! I can definitely drop our photos into the book and add some journaling areas where I want...I love the flexibility of using mds2 because you can change around any elements that you want! I 'm excited to put this download to use to record the events and activities of 2013!
If you've not yet tried mds2, now is a great time to do the 30 day free trial! Get the trial, play around for the next week or so, and if you love it, purchase the mds2+ download version (item 130646) before Sale-a-bration ends on March 22 and you can then get the One Big Sale-a-bration content disc (item 130676) for free (if you'd like) and that will give you access to the Sale-a-bration exclusive stamp sets and the Sycamore Street Collection digitally! Fun stuff!
Do you Instagram? If so, be sure to follow me! You can find me on Instagram as thepapercrafter. My collection of photos is growing and again it is the best spot to see sneak peeks of my upcoming projects!
Please do tell! Please leave and comment to let me know if you scrapbook. If so, traditional or digital scrapbooking? I'd love to know!
