Hello friends! The Stamp Review Crew is at it again and today we’re sharing ideas for the very fun and graphic set known as the Six-Sided Sampler! I’ll be really honest and tell you that I’ve owned it for quite some time but have not used it all that much – I’m very excited to see what everyone creates!
Now before I get to my projects, my apologies for any frustration some of you have had in recent days visiting my blog. My blog hosting service has been experiencing some technical challenges that rendered my blog inaccessible. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a thing in the nearly two years I’ve been with them and hopefully those challenges are now behind us!
Let’s get to my projects! I have two for you today and they are perfectly coordinated to one another:
A birthday card and coordinating garland! Wouldn’t you love to receive these in the mail for your birthday?
In addition to be hung on display, the garland is fabulous for draping on a gift bag, wrapping around a present or laying out on the party table. So many options!
The Remembering Your Birthday stamp set coordinates well with Six-Sided Sampler and you have several sentiment choices to use! The card and garland will be used for an upcoming birthday for one of Brooklyn’s friends and this playful font seemed the best choice for the five year old crowd!
I'm a big fan of Washi Tape and sometimes I used it in an unexpected way...like holding hexagons in place when stitching up a card front. Be sure not to press down too hard or you may risk pulling off some of the cardstock…trust me, I speak from experience on this.
